This page describes how to request deletion of data associated with Social Manager, including data related to connected third party accounts (for example Meta/Facebook).
To request deletion, email privacy@social-channels-manager.biz.ua from the email address used for your account and include:
- Your account email address
- Your workspace name (if applicable)
- The connected platform(s) you want removed (for example Meta/Facebook Pages)
- Any relevant identifiers you can provide (for example a Page ID)
We will verify the request and delete or anonymize data where feasible, subject to legal obligations (for example billing or audit records) and legitimate operational needs.
Social Channels Manager may retain limited records as required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse.
